How long will I be without my device?

Local Appointments - Repairs can be completed as quickly as 15 minutes, however that can vary based on the difficulty of the repair, and stock availability. If parts need to be special ordered it shouldn't take longer than 5 business days. 

Mail Order - The moment your package arrives to us we will check it into our system immediately. Based off your mail in form any needed parts for said repair should have arrived, allowing us to complete your repair in a timely fashion. However, sometimes your device may arrive before the needed parts. In most cases repairs will be completed, and shipped back in 1 - 3 business days. 

Will I be updated throughout the repair process?

We understand that communication is key, and important every step of the way through the repair process. That is why we will contact you with any status changes in your repair via calling, sms, or email.

Is my device data safe?
As standard practice we do not look at any data off of your personal devices. We only go into them with your permission and password to test functionality after we have completed a repair for you. If we have completed a data recovery for you we only back up the data locally, meaning it is never sent to a 3rd party. After 90 days have passed your data will be deleted from our back ups as well. We only hang on to it for this long to ensure you have gotten all the files you need, and none are missing. 
Is Your Repair Work Guaranteed?

All of our repairs come with a standard 90 day warranty that covers the parts, and labour we put into your device. The only reason we would deny your warranty is due to physical, cosmetic, or liquid damage to the device after the repair was completed. 


Are you are unsure if damage was there before bringing it to us? Feel free to ask for your devices before and after photos we keep on file with your device.

Will You Wipe My Device?

If you are able we recommend backing up your data before shipping or dropping it off with us. However in many cases that may not be possible, and we understand that. If your device needs to be restored for any reason in the repair process we will not complete that process until you have clearly stated it is okay for us to do so.
